Affinity Partnership

The Quintiles Affinity Partnership is a tool for individual businesses and their Human Resources representatives to use as they transition their employees in or out of the company. The Quintiles Affinity Partnership offers opportunities to assist people who are in the process of transitioning to or from a position with in your company.

For healthy adults, age 18-55, and who may qualify, we offer studies that vary in length, may be immediately available and could compensate the volunteer as much as $200 per night, and for some studies, up to $3000.
 
 
We're asking to partner with your business:
  • What's in it for you?
    • An added tool for you to have and to use that will give the employees you may be transitioning another option to consider during their transitional time period.
  • What's in it for us?
    • As employees transition in and out of your company, we would receive referrals for potentially qualified volunteers who would be interested in volunteering for one of our study opportunities.
  • What's the cost to you?
    • There is no cost associated with this partnership, only benefits.
  • What are the benefits?
    • Stress relief: Transitioning can be a stressful time for both an employee and for a company, especially if you happen to be dealing with layoffs, but generally any time there is a transition.
    • Referral Bonus: For every new qualified volunteer who completes a study, your business receives $200.
Transitioning can be an awkward and uncertain time for both the company and especially the individual:
  
 
  • What alternatives or options do I have?
  • How long will I be in the transitional period before I am offered another job?
  • My position is seasonal, what can I do in the meantime to fill the void?
  
  • How will I make it on just unemployment benefits?

Here's how you and your business can partner with Quintiles:
  1. Provide us with you business name, contact information, and primary point of contact. We’ll keep you on file as a qualified Affinity Partner.
  2. As any of your employees transition:
    • Provide them with Quintiles as an intermediary option.
    • Provide them with our website and contact information.
  3. We would prefer you refer any detailed questions that may arise to us and simply present Quintiles as an intermediary option during their transition time.....simply put, the time they may need it.
  4. Keep track of those who you refer.
  5. Contact us to let us know you have referred someone.
  6. Await the completion of the study from your referral and look forward to receiving your referral bonus!!!
